I just came across this and I think it's definitely worth some time. It's a lecture by Randy Pausch, a professor at Carnegie-Mellon University and titled "The Last Lecture". He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and only given a few months to live. It's about living your dreams and is very moving, puts things in perspective. He gave the short version on Oprah.
